This course will present a deeper understanding of evidence-informed and contemporary leadership theory and practice. As part of a cohort of fellow healthcare leaders, participants will develop their leadership knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors and implement a progressive leadership development plan to foster growth in the present and chart a course for authentic self-leadership in the future.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Course Objectives</strong>:<br /><span style="white-space: pre;">	</span>By the conclusion of LAMP 301, participants will:<br /></p><ol><li>Apply one or more principles of self-leadership to a specific work or career-related activity or group they lead.</li><li>Analyze how the application of self-leadership principles has changed their approach to leadership.</li><li>Integrate one or more principles of leading others into a specific work or career-related activity.</li><li>Evaluate the integration of principles of leading others on specific work or career-related activity.</li><li>Create a “Torch Talks” as well as a long-term leadership application plan for sustained growth utilizing the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors acquired throughout the LAMP Leadership course series.<span style="text-align: justify; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;">&nbsp; &nbsp;</span></li></ol><p>Attendance at synchronous sessions is mandatory and required for successful completion of the course.</p><p>Successful completion of LAMP Leadership 301 may result in eligibility to apply for Board Certification in Applied Leadership (BCAL).</p><div><strong>Timeline/Hours/CEUs:</strong>&nbsp;LAMP 301 is 12 calendar weeks in length.
