I am a faculty member and a faculty advisor to our PT student organization.  We are looking to develop content to build up the leadership capacity of our student leaders.  Does anyone have any established program that they do?  We would love to be able to have a tiered system of leadership development that they go through throughout the program to prepare them to lead in the program, in clinic and the profession beyond graduation.  The PTSO is approximately 15-18 per cohort so it is a fairly large group, which precludes us from sending everyone to established programs like LAMP.
