The Academy of Leadership and Innovation is home to arguably many of the greatest minds in our professional association. We are made up of individuals from all walks of life with a shared commitment to excellence both within and outside of the profession of physical therapy. As a member of the association and academy I have had the privilege to work with many of our members and look forward to serving in the capacity of Secretary to uplift the mission, vision, and goals of the Academy.

While I have experience in leadership roles, and believe that the role of the Secretary is rooted in organization and intention. The Secretary should remain focused on a shared vision to keep the Board and membership aligned with open communication and strategic messaging. It is also important for the Secretary to work closely with the Board of Directors. I have a long history of working with individuals to understand their unique needs and advocate for all voices to be heard and considered in the decision making process. This is made more effective by good organization and dedication to honest reporting of Academy business.

I appreciate your vote of confidence and support for my candidacy for the position of Secretary and look forward to working to advance the Academy of Leadership and Innovation. I welcome any questions and open communication. Paso Corto; Vista Larga. Da le'. Thank you.
