BIOGRAPHY
Prior to transitioning to research, I enjoyed practicing in hospital-based outpatient clinics. I gained broad experience working with orthopedic, neurological, and pulmonary conditions. My final year in full-time clinical practice was spend in an interdisciplinary clinical with massage therapy and chiropractic care.
My long-term research goal centers around improving physical rehabilitation and sustainability of outcomes for older adults with chronic conditions and for individuals suffering from chronic pain. My current research focuses on the use of digital health technologies to deliver physical therapy services, facilitate data sharing, and supplement interventions.
I currently live in Colorado with my husband and two young children. When I’m not working, I enjoy hiking, going to the beach, and spending time with family.
