LAMP Leadership 101

Personal Leadership Development: The Catalyst for Leading Within

LAMP Leadership 101 focuses on your individual development because you truly need to understand yourself before you can understand and lead others. This is a two day course that takes place on Saturdays and Sundays. LAMP 101 begins with registration at 7:30 a.m. The course officially starts at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 5:30 p.m. both days. This session includes:

• Mission/vision statements
• Earning trust
• Emotional Intelligence
• Diversity of Personal Styles
• Energy Management and Resilience
• Communication
• Conflict Resolution Styles and Techniques for Conflict Resolution 
• "Paving Your Leadership Path" and understand next steps in your journey

Once you have completed both LAMP Leadership 101 and 201, you are qualified to apply for LAMP 301: The LAMP Leadership Institute Certificate in Healthcare Leadership.
