Please Complete the HPA Membership Survey

The Membership Committee has complied a short survey to be completed to gain insight on HPA the Catalyst. The survey is used to gauge how HPA the Catalyst is doing to fulfill your needs as a physical therapy professional and helps shape the direction of the Section.

Please complete the Membership Survey by Friday, Oct. 20.
