If you have purchased a print advertisement or website banner advertisement either through the HPA Online Store or with an insertion order, you may upload your camera-ready artwork through the Artwork Form. Please do not submit artwork prior to submitting an order.

Upload your ad fileUpload your advertisement. Print ads should be in high resolution, color PDF format. Website ads should be in PNG, JPEG, or GIF format per the specifications.
URL for Banner Ad On-ClickIf you are placing a website banner ad, provide the full URL for the website where you would like viewers to be directed when they click on your advertisement. The address should begin with "http://" or "https://"
