StructureThis six-week course is offered three times a year as part of a 12-week program that includes LAMP Management Essentials. It may be taken as a six-week course, or
both courses may be taken consecutively for the full 12-week program. Management Essentials comprises the first 6 weeks of the program, and Advanced Management Concepts takes place the second six weeks. Coursework is completed online
at the student’s pace on a weekly basis. At the end of each week, a live discussion group is held via Zoom and led by an expert on that week’s topic and content.
