Description

Are you a PT planning to work or volunteer in under-resourced settings, either in the US or internationally? This webinar is for you! The presenters will share the relevance of Rehabilitation 2030: A Call for Action, organized by the World Health Organization (WHO). In many parts of the world, the capacity to provide rehabilitation is limited or non-existent and fails to adequately address the needs of the population. The magnitude and scope of these unmet needs signals an urgent need for concerted and coordinated global action by all stakeholders.

Join HPA The Catalyst for a webinar titled "Rehabilitation 2030: A Call for Action - What Does It Mean for PTs Interested in Global Health”. Our presenters are Jennifer Audette, PT, PhD, Lori Baxter, PT, DPT, MPH, Alarcos Cieza MSc, MPH, PhD, and April Gamble PT, DPT, will be discussing what it means for physical therapists interested in global health and service-learning.
