About the Webinar

This webinar will provide a brief history of the PT Compact, the latest updates on the growth of the Compact, and the requirements and process to obtain compact privileges. The session will also discuss legislative efforts to enact the PT Compact in non-member states and potential obstacles to implementation.

About the Speakers

Leslie Adrian, PT, DPT, MPA, has presented at a number of national and international conferences on a variety of regulatory issues including telehealth and the Physical Therapy Compact including APTA State Payment and Policy Forum, FSBPT Annual Meeting, International Network of Physiotherapy Regulatory Authorities, and the Council of State Government National Conference, and the Military Family Readiness Council.  In addition, Leslie has presented to multiple state boards and testified before state legislatures regarding many aspects of the practice and regulation of physical therapy and the PT Compact.

T.J. Cantwell has extensive speaking experience at numerous conferences for audiences from 20 to more than 1,000 including the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT) and the Council of State Government National Conference. In addition, he has done interviews with various physical therapy focused media outlets such as the APTA Student Assembly, PT Pintcast, Talus Media, AMN Healthcare, etc.
