LAMP Leadership 201

Advanced Leadership Development: The Catalyst for Leading Others

LAMP Leadership 201 focuses on deepening your understanding of the skills required for effective leadership. This is a two day course that takes place on Saturdays and Sundays. LAMP 201 begins with registration at 7:30 a.m. The course officially starts at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 5:30 p.m. both days. This session includes:

• Team Dynamics
• Leading Across Generations
• Leading Change and Innovation
• Leading through Failure
• Communication and Conflict

You must complete LAMP Leadership 101 to take LAMP Leadership 201.
Once you have completed both LAMP Leadership 101 and 201, you are qualified to apply for LAMP 301: The LAMP Leadership Institute Certificate in Healthcare Leadership.
